Privacy policy

Grubby Creations (grubbycreations.com) lets you sign in with Discord, subscribe or buy digital products through Stripe, and download mods and 3D models you have access to. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Discord account data. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user id, username, avatar, and email (if shared). We use the guilds.join scope so we can add you to our Discord server when you purchase a subscription or product.
• Payment data. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We store subscription and purchase records (amount, product, status) but not your full card number.
• Session and security data. Cookies and similar technologies keep you signed in and help protect the service.
• Download and access logs. When you request or download files we may record technical information (such as IP address, browser type, approximate region, and access timestamps) to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate you, enforce shop access, deliver downloads, grant Discord roles, prevent abuse, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Email

We may send transactional email to the address linked to your account (for example support replies or download grants). Messages are sent through Resend and are not marketing unless you opt in elsewhere.

Third parties

Discord and Stripe process data under their own policies. Hosting, database, storage, and email providers act as subprocessors. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' policies.

Retention & your choices

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. You can disconnect Discord access in your Discord settings; session cookies can be cleared in your browser. For privacy requests, contact the site operator through support channels on the site or Discord.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
