By using grubbycreations.com ("the site"), operated by Grubby Creations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility & shop access

You must sign in with Discord to purchase or download. Checkout is unavailable when Discord server integration is not configured. Access to mods is granted through an active Stripe subscription to a shop tier (only while the subscription status is active — not during trials or overdue payments), a one-time mod purchase where offered, or a manual grant from the creator. 3D models are sold as one-time purchases only. If you are banned from our Discord server, you may not complete checkout. Purchasing may add you to our Discord server and assign roles configured for that product or tier.

License to mods & files

Unless stated otherwise, files are licensed only for your personal, non-commercial use and only while you have the required access (or permanently for one-time purchases). Do not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or otherwise distribute downloads unless the creator explicitly allows it. Mods may not be used on BeamMP or similar public multiplayer server environments unless the creator explicitly permits it.

Digital goods & refunds

All sales are final. Digital subscriptions and one-time purchases are non-refundable once payment succeeds, except where Australian consumer law requires otherwise. Billing issues are handled through Stripe's customer portal where applicable. If a refund is processed through Stripe for a one-time purchase, download access and any Discord roles tied to that product are revoked automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or attacking infrastructure, no attempting to bypass access controls, and no activity that violates law or others' rights. We may suspend access, revoke Discord roles, or ban accounts if needed to protect the service or users.

Disclaimers

The site and files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mods may affect games or software in unpredictable ways; you use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
